Guest Access

✹ GENERAL: The home is exclusively yours, except for the locked storage closets. There will be no interruptions during your stay. Relax, unwind, and make yourself at home!

Please note, this property is a triplex, and there are two other separate units on the premises. Each unit has its own private space.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide a starter supply of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs.

✹ PARKING: Driveway parking for 2 vehicles + free street parking available.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

✹ PETS: No pets allowed. This home is kept allergy-friendly for all guests. Bringing pets into the home will result in an additional cleaning fee. 

Other things to note

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. Prior to check-in, you will receive a personalized code.

✹ No parties allowed. Parties will be charged a fine of $500 on top of your booking fee and you will be asked to leave immediately- zero tolerance.

✹ No outdoor music after 10pm. No loud noise at any time. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am. Property has outdoor noise monitoring detection and you will be alerted if this goes off at any time. No speakers with bass allowed. Please respect our neighbors!

✹ GUESTS: The base rate covers up to 8 guests. Any additional overnight guests must be disclosed in advance and are subject to a fee of $50 per guest, per day. Undisclosed overnight guests are not allowed. No more than 10 adults allowed at any time, persons under the age of 3 do not count towards the occupancy limitation but do count towards the extra guests fee.

✹ Cameras: Located on the exterior of the home for your security. This is used to monitor when the house is vacant.

✹ IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this unit is in a residential area. Although it’s typically a quiet environment, it’s quite normal to hear occasional sounds from neighbors.
