Have fun and relax with your family while enjoying our beautiful city. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has all the amenities needed for your group. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas, an indoor poker table, air hockey table, outdoor covered patio, outdoor tables for dining, foosball table, and an extra large pool. With it’s close proximity to the 805 freeway, this home gives complete access to all that SD has to offer!

The space
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that fits up to 8 people. The master bedroom contains a King size bed and connects to the hallway bathroom. There is also a large 55 inch TV. The other two rooms each contain a queen bed, and a brand new 40 inch Roku smart TV. There are ceiling fans throughout the home and one of the bedrooms. There is also a large 65 inch TV in the living room along with a large sectional, and a pool table that converts into an air hockey table. *All windows now have curtains, as well as blinds*

🔹️There is a large outdoor area for lounging and entertainment, including two long tables with seating, a foosball table, Alexa device, hammock, and pool! A propane tank for the gas BBQ is provided, please refill it at your discretion.

🔹️This house is attached to another home. The driveway area is shared, but the spaces are completely separate and private.

🔹️Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $100/day, from 8am-8pm. Please advise if you are interested in this additional amenity. Please be advised that we are not liable for weather conditions affecting the pool heating. The pool is approximately 10 feet deep.

The lot has two homes on the land. The other home is rented to a tenant whom you will share with driveway with. They have a separate entrance and separate yard. They also have a second story enclosed patio that can be seen from the house, however the spaces are completely private and separate.

GENERAL RULES:
To truly enjoy your vacation experience, please follow these vital rules:

  • No parties allowed. Parties will be charged a fine of $500 on top of your booking fee and you will be asked to leave immediately- zero tolerance.
  • No outdoor music besides the provided Amazon Alexa device. No outdoor music after 10pm. No loud noise after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors!
  • Only guest on reservation permitted on property unless prior consent given by host. Occupancy price is for 8. Guests over 8 are charged $50/day. This includes day time visitors and any visitors on the property
  • Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $100/day, from 8am-8pm. The pool is approximately 10 feet deep. Please advise if you are interested in this additional amenity.
  • Laundry services: For long term bookings, laundry services can be arranged. This includes coming to the property to pick up your linens and dropping off new ones, within a 24 hour period. This can be provided weekly as a complimentary service. Cleaning every 2 weeks can be provided as well.
  • Please no trash or pool floaties with glitter. Left over trash or glitter found in pool will lead to a $100 charge for emergency filter cleaning.
