✹ GENERAL: The place is exclusively yours except for the locked storage closet located inside the home. There is a separate unit upstairs above.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent.

✹ PARKING: Located to the right of the front door, 2 tandem spots. There is also free street parking and additional parking behind the building.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home.

✹ PETS: As a reminder please do not allow any pets on the furniture and we do not allow any urine or feces inside the home as that will incur an additional cleaning fee on top of the pet fee.

Pet hair on beds or furniture will result in an additional $50 fee.

Other things to note

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. Prior to check-in, you will receive a personalized code.

✹ No parties allowed. Parties will be charged a fine of $500 on top of your booking fee and you will be asked to leave immediately- zero tolerance.

✹ No outdoor music after 10pm. No loud noise at any time. Quiet time is from 9pm-7am. Property has outdoor noise monitoring detection and you will be alerted if this goes off at any time. No speakers with bass allowed. Please respect our neighbors!

✹ Cameras: Located on the exterior of the home for your security. This is used to monitor when the house is vacant.

✹ IMPORTANT NOTE: This unit is also located downstairs of a two story building. note that this unit is in a residential area. Although it’s typically a quiet environment, it’s quite normal to hear occasional sounds from neighbors.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
